2 Nights in Cape Town, South Africa

Cape Town is home to one of the new 7 wonders of the world "Table Mountain". Activities on the mountain include hiking trails, ancient caves and a cable-car ride that will leave you spellbound.

Day 1

Arrive in Cape Town and then choose to join in on optional tours of the city or Table Mountain, or choose to spend the day exploring on your own.

Contingent on time, excursions may include visits to the Castle of Good Hope, the Malay quarter, company gardens and the city.

Day 2

Choose to explore Cape Town on your own or join in a full day tour including Cape Point, Boulder's Beach and Kirtenbosch Gardens.

4 Nights in Wine Route, South Africa

Gear up for an activity-bound day with stops at Paarl Rock, the second biggest granite projection in the world; the ancient Cango Caves, which have formations hundreds of years old; and The Outeniqua Pass, constructed by prisoners of war from 1943 - 1951.

Day 3

Stop at the Nelson Mandela Gateway Museum before heading to Paarl Rock. Visit some Afrikaans monuments and a museum.

Wine tasting opportunities are available before you continue your journey to Stellenbosch. Take a walk down the town's colonial Dutch architecture which includes some of the nation's oldest buildings.

Day 4

Travel to Oudtshoorn via the scenic Route 62 that runs along orchard lined valleys, mountains, rivers and indigenous Fynbos (a stunning area rich in diversity of plant-life, unique to the southwestern Cape).

Visit the award winning brandy distillery in Robertson and experience a tasting and information session.

Day 5

Travel via Outeniqua Pass to Keurboomstrand. Start the day's activities with the Cango Caves before getting a tour of the local ostrich farm. Lunch can be purchased at the farm's restaurant.
 
End the day in Keurboomstrand where your resort will have 8km of private beach access.

Day 6

This is a free day. There is an optional trip to a heritage site, Featherbed Nature Reserve and the Knysna Elephant Park.

5 Nights in East Coast, South Africa

Witness the meeting of Storm River and the Indian Ocean from a suspension bridge, relax on a river cruise in Port Alfred and stop over in Qunu, the village Nelson Mandela grew up in. Visit Isimangaliso Wetland Park, the largest estuarine system in Africa and then onto the Zulu cultural show in Hluhluwe.

Day 7

Journey along the Garden Route to Port Alfred passing through "Tstsikamma", locally translated to "Abundant Water" where the Indian Ocean meats the Storm River.

Day 8

Enjoy a morning cruise before heading to Qunu, the village Nelson Mandela grew up in after his father was deposed as chief of Mvezo, and his birth village nearby.

Day 9

Travel to the Nelson Mandela Museum before going to the beach hotel in San Lameer.

Day 10

In the morning, drive up the KwaZulu-Natal coast and arrive at the world heritage listed iSimangaliso Wetland Park, the largest estuarine system in Africa.

Day 11

Go search for the the Big 5 in an open vehicle safari in Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park on the Elephant Coast.

2 Nights in Kruger National Park, South Africa

With stunning biodiversity, the Kruger National Park has more than 147 species of mammal, 114 reptile species, 507 bird species, 34 species of amphibian, 40 types of fish and 336 varieties of tree. The most popular to look out for are the Big 5; lion, rhino, leopard, buffalo and elephant.

Day 13

Look out for the most elusive animals in a closed vehicle game drive in Kruger National Park.
Optional safari in an open vehicle is available.

Day 14

Continue discovering the Kruger National Park's landscapes, stunning plant-life as well as the multitude of animal species.
